Attention to detail is the most important quality our cooks have. You will need to make sure that every meal is cooked, prepared and plated properly within ten minutes while keeping your work and prep area clean, safe and stocked.
HOST / HOSTESS
It’s your people-pleasing personality and sweet-as-pie attitude while greeting each guest and assisting them with payments, purchases and any feedback they may have, that will create their positive experience.
Your goal will be to make sure all tables are clean, set and ready for the next guest. A passion to serve by attending to guests needs at all times and helping fellow team members are a must.
Serving as a liaison between servers and cooks, you will need to ensure each order is handled accurately and in a timely manner. Your attention to detail will help keep things running as easy as pie.
Along with making sure all dishware is sparkling clean for the team members and guests, you will also need to maintain your work area and keep it in apple pie order.
